I had to abandon my chiropractic facility of >20 years after 3-4 months of claims denials. All returned EOB’s returned NOT MEDICALLY NECESSARY. I know that several other medical facilities were involved. Since your company has litigated ILWU-PMA before, I would like to be included in any class action lawsuit you might be involved in.
